Who we are

This website belongs to Althi B.V., Bargelaan 200, 2333 CW Leiden, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 60845503), which is responsible for the personal data described here. Our details are in the imprint.

Privacy questions and requests: [email protected].

Visiting this website

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It has no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no chat, and it loads nothing from other parties: the fonts, pictures and everything else on the page come from this website's own server.

The website is hosted by Althi Digital Services, a company of our group, on servers in the European Union. Althi Digital Services processes this data on our behalf, as our processor, under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR).

Like every web server, ours receives the address of your device (IP address), the page you ask for, the time, and what your browser says about itself. The server records this in its access log, to keep the website secure and running. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log is deleted after 7 days.

When you email or call us

When you email or call us, we use your name, your contact details and what you tell us to answer you. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your question, or to take steps towards a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep emails and call details for as long as the law requires.

Our email runs on Althi.work and our telephony on Althicom, both brands of Althi Digital Services, under the same data processing agreement.

Business relations

We also process the names and contact details of contact persons at our suppliers and at the companies of our group, to carry out our agreements with them (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep them for as long as the agreement runs, and after that for as long as the law requires.

Links to other websites

This website links to the websites of the companies of our group and to the website of Thierry Alen. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask us for access to your personal data, and for correction, erasure, restriction, or a copy to take elsewhere; you may also object to how we use it. Send your request to the address above.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; ours is the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
